Here’s your weekly dose of “Friday Fives,” a list of five things I’ve found worthy, or at least entertaining, during my week.
Most Entertaining Image –
If only this weren’t so true. One or two weeks of misbehaving and round is a gentle way to describe the transformation my body embarks upon. Oh well, bring on more turkey dinners! I’ll worry about it after the New Year. Ha ha!
Rocking Video –
Surgery? This is really cool, and small! This isn’t like driving a forklift. Can you imagine a hydraulic leak? “Captain! I’m giving her all she’s got!” I’m guessing they have that figured out. 🙂 Very cool. quick video (1:47min)!
FYI Of The Week –
Today, we honor all of the brave men and women around the world.
December 7th, 1941. You’ll never be forgotten. Thank you for standing up against tyranny and chaos. It must have been frightening, but I for one thank you for my place in this world, and the freedoms you earned and protected for me and my children.
I’m not a regular reader of online newspapers, but the Washington Post covers Arizona survivors in this article. Click here to view.
You Gotta Be Kidding Me –
I guess this has been a thing for a while. I read about one in Prague at Reuter’s (Click Here) , so I looked into it. Apparently, this one in Las Vegas has been there for a while. I started the video at 56 seconds to forward you to the action. 🙂 Really, really! No more sobbing to the bartender while slumped at the bar… alrighty…I guess.
Something I learned This Week –
YES! Finally, a mosquito repellent that doesn’t have me stinking to high heaven or slathered in DEET (it’s really not very good for you). Here’s some more interesting stuff that came out in 2018 presented by Popular Science. Click here!
From all of us at Galactic Headquarters, thanks for checking out our “Friday Fives”.
