Hot Sauce Recipe – From Sean’s Heart
Something that most people can’t figure out about me is how I eat so much hot sauce. Although this recipe is toned down and has a super rich favor, I typically like it hot! I put hot sauce on everything. Eggs, sandwiches, tacos (of course), and even sometimes salad. Yup, I’m that kind of crazy.
Here is one of my favorite recipes from a selection that is well over a hundred by now. This is the staple around my house. If you want a bit more spice you can add a habanero or two. I always do. 🙂

15- 20 Jalapeno Peppers
2 Tablespoons – Garlic (fresh is better)
1 Tablespoon – Black Pepper
2 1/2 Cups – White Vinegar
2 teaspoons – Salt, but season to taste
Cut stems and half Jalapenos. Leave seeds in for heat. Saute peppers to remove bitterness. Get the windows open now! If you don’t you’re going to feel it. 🙂
Salt to taste. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If this ends up too hot for you, next time remove the seeds, but to help with this batch add a tablespoon of sugar. That should slow it down. Enjoy and “flame on”!
