Monster Cookies Recipe – Have little monsters? Feed them, lots!
This recipe was something that came to me while I was studying Southern Chinese style Kung-Fu. How are these two related you ask? Well, my sensei was known around town as the “Cookie Man”. He was all of 5′ 1″ (I’m 6’2″) and drove an old beat up 1985 Toyota pickup with a rundown shell on top. He would go to every store in the area distributing his monster cookies in glass jars. He had several favors, but the two flavors that stuck with me was chocolate chip peanut butter and his original monster cookie. He finally parted with the recipe and here it is for you.
I’m sure he’s still teaching Kung-Fu somewhere today, but I heard that his cookie business become so successful that he sold it to a big company and moved. Good for him. Enjoy.
